DCW Announces Relocation of Production Facility to the New State-of-the-Art Plant — Huizhou Meilonghu Industrial Park.
1. Relocation of DCW
Shenzhen Dechengwang Technology Co., Ltd(short for DCW), a leading provider of Fluoropolymer products in China, is excited to announce the relocation of our production facility to a new state-of-the-art plant in Huizhou Meilonghu Industrial Park. The new facility is set to begin operations in May of this year and will allow DCW to better serve its customers with increased capacity, improved efficiency, and enhanced capabilities.
The decision to relocate the production facility was driven by the need to accommodate DCW’s growth in recent years. We have seen an increasing demand for Fluoropolymer products. At Huizhou Meilonghu Industrial Park, DCW has a manufacturing site of 129,166 sqft for High performance plastic Manufacturing, having the capabilities to produce a part from base resin to finished part. The new plant will allow for a significant increase in production output. Additionally, the new facility will feature modern equipment and technology, providing DCW with the ability to streamline its operations and reduce production costs.
2. New Plant of DCW
We build our own Technical and R&D Lab focused to PTFE raw materials compounding and high-performance plastic processing in the new plant. Our team support to Customers, coming from almost 17 years’ experience in processing PTFE and others high performance plastic products. We do research, develop new material in our material R&D lab to optimal performance for customers. Our list of fillers includes many options, including carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fibre, carbon fibre, PPS, PEEK, polyimide, MoS2, and other organic and inorganic fillers.

The relocation process will start at April, with DCW working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure a seamless transition. We plan to complete the move by end of April.
